bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine persistente, color giallo oro velato, al naso è fruttata speziata lieviti belgi spezie succo di pera note floreali lieve banana e ananas, in bocca marmellata di pesche pera frutta candita note erbacee, corpo rotondo, carbonazione forte che la rende perfettamente bevibile, l’alcool si sente non disturba e riscalda, bella secca e pulita, dolce e lieve acidula con amaro moderato. 0.33 l bottle shared with Ogi. Unclear golden, creamy white head. Nice yeasty aroma, a bit heavy phenolic, ripe apple esters. Orange zest, coriander, rosemary. A bit harsh, sweetness, heavy spicy. Good traditional saison. Refreshing. Moderate carbonation, moderate dry finish.

Bottle 33cl. from Gastro Beer, @home poured into a tumbler. Hazy pale goden colour, good frothy white head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Aroma light pale malts, wheat, saison yeast, lemon, apricot, spicy notes, grassy hops. Smooth taste, medium sweet and bitter, fruity onset with lemon and apricot, then malty, wheat, yeast, spicy notes. Medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, dry sweetbitter aftertaste, husky notes, light spicy yeast notes, light peppery on the tongue, well-made and very good.

Can from Premier in Buffalo. Slightly cloudy blonde, reduces to a ring with a touch of spotty foam. Light straw malt, a touch of honey sweet, some overall bitterness, and... that's about it. Pleasent but simple.

Incredibly rich. The first sips were stunning, full of delicious awesomeness. Floral, quite hoppy. Very dry. Spicy but not as spicy as their main saison. Quite hard to finish on my own, as it's so rich. 9%, not boozy but heavy.
