[Canned Jan 2024, poorly labeled at store] 473mL can. Pours nearly opaque yellow with a white head. Very muted citrus and yuzu on the nose. Flavour has completely dead citrus hops and chalky bitterness. Nothing terrible offensive, but not great and the hops are long deceased.

473 ml can. Pours a mahogany color with light head. Aromas of raisins, Christmas cake, candi sugar, and toasted malts. Flavors of metallics, dusty raisins and toasted malts. Sweet and metallic.

On tap at Five Roads - Steveston, pours a murky dark brown with a tiny head. Aroma is very weak, with light toasted bready malt, not much else. Flavour is dry and lightly toasty, with a dry bready malt character. Very light and weak even for the style. Nothing wrong with it, but it tastes like they skimped on ingredients.

On tap at Five Roads - Steveston, pours a somewhat hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty estery, smelling like a classic North American saison in the sense that they bungled the yeast. Flavour is drier than expected, with crisp biscuity malt character, spicy yeast character, and a dry finish. Not much depth at all — doesn't capture the rustic/farmhouse character at all. Nothing terrible but not on style at all.

On tap at Five Roads - Steveston, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of yogurt, rotting kiwi syrup, and a touch of coconut. Flavour brings out a haphazard marriage of coconut and kiwi which makes the kiwi taste a bit rotten, backed by the usual yogurty character. Typical shitty adjuncted kettle sour, even a little below the BC average. Poor.

On tap at Five Roads - Steveston, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is pretty gentle, with almost no Czech hop character — I don't get Saaz notes whatsoever. Flavour is pretty neutral, with deficient hops, a touch of grass, and a crisp biscuity malt. Finishes bitter in the somewhat unpleasantly astringent sense. Pretty lame.
