Bottle, Beer Moth, Manchester. Deep dark brown pour with a tan head. Coffee laden beak with notes of dark roasted malts. A similar yarn flavour-wise with some dark fruits and choc lurking. .Ok maybe a bit of a one trick pony.

Bottle, Beer Moth, Manchester. Hazy orange pour with an off-white head. Cracking hops and tropical fruit in the snout. Flavour followed suit with spot-on bitterness and some well balanced sweet malt. Hops are singing a fine symphony here. A hum dinger of a DIPA. Bravo !

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 19.09.2013
Aroma has citrus, some resiny tones and caramel. Also some hops and fruits. Flavour has some plastic tones, gooseberry bush and fruity notes. Aroma was nice but flavour is bitter in a harsh way. Plastic notes take over at the end of the glass.

Clear copper colour. Low carbonation. Light, green hops and light caramel sweetness in the aroma. The flavour is not very distinct but there are elements of fruity hop and sweet, syrupy caramel.

Bottle from The Bottle Shop Canterbury and drunk at home. Hazy ruby colour with a thick lasting beige head. American hop and strong syrupy malt and alcohol aroma. Spicy strong ale. Some fruit on the aroma. It’s not subtle but warming and rather decent. Some bitterness on the finish. Some tangerine flavour on the finish. Decent. Not amazing, but it’s nice enough and the bottle disappeared dead quick.

Burnt malts, coffee and a hint of smoke in the aroma. Smooth and a bit oily. Flavour is bittersweet with obvious coffee flavour. There’s a touch of sourness too which is not so nice.

Bottle 330ml (from Tallinn)
Slightly hazy orange color, good white head. Citrus-grapefruity and grassy aroma. Light-bodied. Citrus with odd metallic and dish cleanser vibe. Light papery bitterness in the finish. Odd.
