Dobre piwo o intensywnym smaku i zapachu swiezej kawy. Pachnie ze az milo. Gozkawe palone i kawowe. Bardzo intensywne sa te wrazenia. W zasadzie tak dominuja ze nic innego sie nie spostrzega. Niewielka piana. Wysycenia zupelnie brak. Czarne jak asfalt noca. gestosc porzadna. Polecam zamiast swiezo palonej kawy.

0,33L bottle, bottled 19.09.13. Pours hazy golden with white head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, floral, and citrus. Taste is citrus, tart, fruity, some bitterness, and slight caramel. Finish is tart with slight grapefruit bitterness. Overall: nice session beer.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Just about black. Halo of tan head. Aroma is treacle, light cocoa, quality chocolate. All is light and airy, though. Distant booziness. Taste is melted Cadbury Fudge. With boozy fruit. Which is good. Palate is thick, but smooth. Smoky, dry finish. Bitterness at the end ties everything together.

Bottled. Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is powder, bourbon, ripe fruits, liquorice and some mild notes of alcohol. Flavour is raisins, toasted malts, roasted malts as well as some ripe fruits and liquorice. Slight alcohol, but not disturbingly much.

Taste is smooth, sweet and buttery with loads of bourbon notes, oak, vanilla and roastiness. Finish is smooth, roasty and woody with notes of bourbon, vanilla and ash. Quite sweet and buttery bourbon aged IS. Okay.

Aroma has strong bourbon notes; vanilla and wood and quite nothing else. Flavour is strong on vanilla. Also some woody notes, some butter and bourbon. Quite generic bourbon-aged IS. Nothing disturbing here though.

smells like oatmeal, vegetables, with a touch of bourbon. Bourbon is more pronounced in the mouth, moderately sweet malty, full body, roasty, slightly syrupy. Fairly well done, but probably could age a bit longer to dry out.

Dark brown/black colour, nice layer of brown foam. Very complex aroma of roasted malts and bourbon. Light bitter, sweet aftertaste.
