(On tap) Hazy, dark chestnut brown with a creamy, beige head. Malty caramelish aroma. Soft and roasted with sweetish, malty notes. Quite pleasant, but also completely harmless and lacking character. 281005

Draught
Dark amber color. Malty aroma, some chocolate. Malty body, dominant caramel, in the final as well. Maybe a bit raw. Strong bitterness, some aromatic hop, as usual.

Draught
Dark brown color; big creamy head. With the roasted malts there is also a nice aromatic hopping, more in the nose than in the flavor. The mouthfeel is quite malty, medium dry, with a lot of roasted malt, correctly bitter.

(On tap) Very dark amber colour, slightly hazy with a small, fine, creamy, beige coloured head. Lightly roasted, caramelish nose. Lightly sweet caramel notes in the flavour with a solid malty feel and some hints of nuts. Medium body. Actually a rather decent brew with the typical rustic Apollo feel. And then unfortunately also the usual harsh and not so pleasant Apollo bittering hops. 060905

(On tap) Very dark, hazy and almost opaque. Small, off-white head. Weak aroma of roasted malt. Very light body - actually a bit watery. Some roasted malt in the flavour and actually quite a decent bitterness. 280605

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden, small creamy head. Sweetish and somewhat fruity with soft mouthfeel as well as notes of spun sugar. The wormwood added does not add to aroma, but creates a lingering herbal bitterness.

(On tap) Amber coloured, slightly hazy with a small head. Almost no aroma, no flavour and no body. Incredibly characterless beer with no real traces of malt nor hops. That doesn’t leave much idea of a beer, does it? 220505

(On tap) Pale amber colour, slightly hazy with a creamy head leaving a fine lacework. Very distinct malt character without being sweet. Very dry - but not really bitter - hoppy finish. Very quenching indeed. 220505

(On tap) Dark amber colour with a small head. The smoke aroma is surprisingly weak considering the 45% smoke malt. Very light body, very light bitterness. The Finnish Teerenpeli version has much more character. 220505
