Cask at Shelverdine Goat House. It pours clearish gold with a small white head. The aroma is grassy, herbal, spice, straw, stale bread and apricot. The taste is dry, bitter, pithy, zesty, orange peel, straw, grassy, slightly soapy, peppery spice, cheddar and touch of astringency with a drying finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. A bit pithy and soapy. Not great...

Bottle from Gloucester Services, M5, Gloucestershire. Dark brown with next to no head. It's not a very stated stout in terms of character, but its washy dark malts have a robustness about them.

330ml bottle: BBE June 2018. Poured into a Chimay chalice at home on 27th Nov 2017. Clear golden pour, full white head. Light honey aroma and flavouring, slight floral and herbal traces too. Never really taken to honey beers, but this is one of the best I've come across so far.

Bottle from Gloucester Services, M5, Gloucestershire. Golden with a very thin head. Lightly styled pale ale, hoppy with a slight maltiness to it, all at a very easy drinking strength.

500ml bottle. Pours very dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of dark malts, dark fruits, roast. Taste of sweet dark fruits and roasted malt, coffee, caramel, cocoa, bitter finish and a bit chemically. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Pleasant enough but not really doing anything for me.

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, smooth and mildly dry. Modest fine carbonation. Sweetish malts, a little caramel. Light dry malt cream. Ripe orange. Dry finish. A bit sweet and tired.

Bottle at home from Laithwaite. Smooth malt and some bitter hops gave this a nice mouthfeel. Thirst quenching and overall a pleasant beer.
