Clear copper orange pour with a small white head. Aroma is the typical Innis and gunn bitter, sharp cereals, light grassy hops, hints of oak, vanilla and orange zest. Mouth feel is nice, carb is very soft. Finish is quite mineral, light oak, light vanilla, subtle spice, and a weird plastic ,metallic finish.

Bottle from the lcbo. Dark Ruby pour, with a small off white head. Very woody aroma, lots vanilla and sweet rum soaked cake. There is a soft hop note, some light pine, mouth feel is spot on, carb is nice. Finish is the regular buttery Innis finish. Buttery barrel, vanilla, with a sharp woody sweetness. Raisins and rum soaked cake. Interesting, not to bad at all.

Dark ruby pour, small off white head. Aromas of toffee, plums, lightly roasted malts and some butter. Soft carb, thick mouthfeel. The finish is light on the bitterness with a light vinous sweetness, and some more toffee, and caramel. Light wood, some vanilla, rum adds an alcohol sweetness. Decent.

Bottle from the lcbo. Very dark copper pour, with a small off white head. Aroma is spicy, and warming reminding me of cold weather. Soft ripe fruit, dark fruit, light barrel, honey and pie spices. Mouth feel is a bit thin, and the carb is more of the same. Finish is lightly bitter, and quite sweet, with a soft spiciness, and ripe fruity rye.
