Can from the lcbo. Orange pour with a small white head. Fruity Aroma, nice mango, some stone fruit and light grasses. Creamy mouth feel, soft carb. Slightly sweet, resinous finish with some light mangoes. Decent.

Boxed bottle from the lcbo. Black pour, large beige head. Very roasty, light fruit, some smoke, hints of earthy barrel and soft vanilla. Soft carb, light mouth feel. Medium bitter, very roasty, but subtly sweet and a solid chocolate finish with some nice barre notes.

Orange marmalade flavours are quite up front.... Sweet and sticky with a very bitter hopiness. Good mouth feel, and regular card. Finish is quite bitter with some resinous hop notes and more sweet orange marmalade flavours. Not bad at all. Barrel aging notes are nowhere to be found though.

Dark ruby pour, with a creamy off white head. Aroma is soft bready malts, light roast, light toffee, and minerals. Soft earthiness, light fruit and caramel. Silky mouth feel, soft carb. Light fruity malts, bready, and barrel is subtle, but adds a soft sweetness. This surprised me.

I'm 99.9% sure this was the unlabeled secret beer in the Canadian Xmas Innis and Gunn gift pack. Black pour, with a small mocha head. Aroma is roasty, subtle frutiness, with some pepper notes. Light heat, distinct but very faint hot pepper notes, soft soy, and roasted character with some coffee and caramel.

Jet black pour, medium beige head. Aroma is dark fruit, burnt coffee, soy and hints of boozy wood. Oily mouth feel, soft carb. Finish is medium bitter, some Bourbon, but not much, some earthy wood, strong roast, and more dark fruit. It's OK, but not great, just meh.

Clear yellow pour, with small white head. Aroma Is grassy, with some slight raspberry whisps and vanilla and wood. This doesn't seem like a saison at all. It's basically a blonde ale barrel aged with some raspberry flavouring. Meh.
