12oz bottle. Amber beer with a white head that laces. Nice malty aroma and flavor. Hops were noticeable for a nice balance. Sweet, caramel, good carbonation. A nice, enjoyable ale.

(Can 50 cl) Amber coloured with a handsome head created by the nitrogen released from the widgety thing in the can. The nitrogen also creates the flat mouthfeel. Very mild and smooth without much aroma or bitterness. But pleasant and highly drinkable. 081002

(Bottle 33 cl) Dark, nutty colour with a fairly decent white head. Soft and smooth mouthfeel, but a bit flat. Light body with notes of malt and not much bitterness. Leaves a weird stickyness on the palate. 070700

Bottle: Reddish amber coloured, beige, mid-sized rocky head; malty nose (molasses, roasted malts) with a tinge a dried fruit; dry malty flavour; malty finish with a distinctive bitterness and a dash of fruitiness. O.K., but quite bland........

Bottle. Light sweet cherry malt aroma. Dark enough brown that it’s opaque - little head. Sweet malt flavor with hints of cherry and apple. Light bodied. Seemed to be more full-bodied in England but may just be my imagination. Smooth and nice tasting but wish it had more body to it.

Super! Test vom 23.9.2005, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 11,13,14,13,-,13 - 12,94
