Description

Amber to brown in colour. Aroma is sweet like canned fruit cocktail in syrup. Tastes of sugary fruits, caramel and saccharine.

Hazy pale golden colour, lively carbonation, large foamy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma is wheat, lime, yeast, elderflower. Taste is medium sweet and light sour, fruity, refreshing, with average duration. Light body, watery texture, light bitterness and spicy notes in the finish, a fresh, pleasant and quite delicate Witbier.

Thank you tderoeck! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ “Tim’s Christmas Tasting”. BBF 12/16. Dark amber, tanned bubbles. Nose is sweet plastic, BE sugar, overly sweet oxidized Belgian with light herbs. Taste is oxidized old dull BE fruits, sugar, yeast, light spiced, oxidized candied apple. Oxidized sugar & malt body. Overly sweet, oxidized boring Belgian at best (despite the BBF date being nearly a year away still). Apparently commissioned by a store that makes BBQ equipment.

330ml Bottle - Hazy copper with a small head. Gingerbread, dried fruit and some floral notes in the aroma. Sweet, spicy and fruity taste with ginger, floral hops and yeast standing out. Quitce nicely balanced and easy to drink considering the amount of spices and the abv.
