Description
Resilience is the American ale project of the brewers at Schilling Beer Co. We craft exquisite, principally hoppy ales, with the same level of artisanship and care that is evident across the breadth of Schilling Beer Co. liquids. Resilience beers are so named because they embody the struggles and triumphs of our journey. Drink Resilience with those you love—preferably in the mountains—and hopefully in a place as special as Littleton, NH.
Resilience beers are available on-site at the brewery (both at the brewpub and the main brewery’s tasting room), as well as in 16 oz. cans and limited kegs via our distributors (primarily in New Hampshire).

Bottleshare at CBJ. Thanks to LKS. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy and semi dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malts, a little thin, a very mild creamy sweetness. Crisp pine into mild lime and tangerine citrus. Light and semi dry finish leaves a modest hop spice.

16 ounce can. Hazy yellow gold pour. Pillowy white head. Fragrant citrus aroma is redolent of grapefruit and tangerine. Flavor is zesty citrus. Strong notes of grapefruit pith with a hint of melon. Dry finish.

Can at home in Canaan. Sourced from the brewery. Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with notes of citrus purée, mellow tropical vibes, a little rindy bitterness, light supportive pale malts. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finely balanced finish, nips of oats, lemon and citrus. Not bad, typical hazy IPA.

Can (12/22/23) pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Cloudy orange-dark yellow with tons of sparkle, nice head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is melon, passion fruit, red raspberry, mango. Taste is citrus peel, tangerine, pineapple. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and dry finish as taste. Decent complexity; not your run-of-the-mill NEIPA.
