Description
Fat Head's was founded in 1992 as a premiere craft beer tap house and restaurant in Pittsburgh, PA. In 2009 we expanded to Ohio and teamed up with our award-winning Head Brewmaster Matt Cole. With the explosion in popularity came the necessity to open a full-scale production brewery in 2012. Fat Head's Brewery produces original ales and lagers for distribution throughout Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.

Our Tap House offers Samples, Flights, and Fresh-brewed Pints! Sit right in the heart of our facility and enjoy the freshest beer from our tanks to your pint glass. We have a 16 tap draft system, bar seating, picnic tables, and some seriously tasty grub to go with it.

Can, can't read date code, not sure how fresh it is. Got it off the clearance rack for a buck. Pours kindah clear pale with thin pond scummy head. Smells alarmingly like a pine tree. Taste is big bitter pine tree sap. Sharp bitter hop bite. The middle yields a rude-ass palate awakening. At least it has some decent carbonation. Finish is what else; a chewing on green grapefruit rinds and peels all around the world. One sided overly bitter beer, not nice to my girlie lager loven taste buds, ugh. What else can be said; terribly on style.

12 ounce can. Deep amber gold pour. Large, frothy beige head is enduring. Great lacing. Aroma brings big notes of ripe citrus and dank pine. Flavor follows nose. Bold citrus, resiny pine and earthy green onions dominate the palate. Some booziness in middle. Sticky mouthfeel. Bittersweet finish is enveloped by resiny pine notes.

Fruity, juicy. Decent enough. Would’ve loved this circa 2013-2015. World Cup winner Alexis Mac Allister sinks Man U with a stoppage time penalty!
