On cask. Appearance - deep amber to brown. Not much head. Nose - dried orange and sweet spice. Chewy toffee and general cakiness. Taste - dried orange, cake and spice. Palate - close to medium bodied, chewy sweet middle and finish. Overall - lovely stuff. More of a winter than autumnal beer, mind.

Cask at the Twelve Tellers, Preston. Pours clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aromas of light hedgerow fruits, earthy malt. Taste is more of the same. Light sweet finish.

Cask @ The Turls Green, Bradford. Dark clear copper-amber with a glow and a thick creamy head. Certainly autumnal in taste, with smooth tasting malts abundant and earthy in design.

Hand-pulled pint in my local Wetherspoons on 13th October 2023. It's not Ruby in colour, more amber with an off-white crust. More leafy than floral in the aroma, no dark fruits for me either, Rye giving an earthy touch; didn't take to it.

[Cask at the Claude du Vall (JDW), Camberley.] A light chestnut coloured pour with a loose cream head; floral aroma; dry fruity taste with a slowly building bitterness; then a nutty finish.

Amber / light copper with a frothy off-white head. Malty and a little fruity, not much of an aroma, some earthiness in the mouthfeel and some sweetness pulling through
