'Mad Friday' 2025 Beer#11. Eleventh brew on one of the busiest drinking days of the year. Reddish clear brown easy enough porter with a blast of sweetish chocolate in taste, and fairly smooth too.

Bottle at home from the brewery. Long day and a beer was needed. Meetings started at 8am and a board meeting at 10.30. Anyway, great pour with a fantastic head. Rich flavour and mouthfeel and hit the spot.

Still hanging on from the 2025 beer fest. Maybe 12th for me? Cask up the White Lady pours clear mahogany with a 1cm tight beige head. Looks good! Aromas of light chocolate and nuts. Tasty is dusty cocoa and light dried fruit. Dry, slightly thin finish.

Bottle at home from the brewery. Poured like a soft drink and no head. And no real flavour and mouthfeel either. Not worth it.

Not one of their best. Insipid and a slight taste of vomit.

Bottle at home from the bumper bundle I picked up from the brewery. Good pour and an oh so classic English IPA. Huge bitterness that perfectly cut across the palate. This is my kind of beer.
