Smooth mild caramelly beginning. Roast, mild chocolate. No real bitterness, very round and smooth. Long smooth espresso-milkchocolate aftertaste. Very nice and not too sweetish or dry.

Bottle in Oldmeldrum. It pours clear yellow with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, doughy white bread, cracker, hay and muffin. The taste is dry, soft, soda water, buttered white bread, quite doughy, grass and pepper with a soft, doughy finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Buttery....Pretty run of the mill for this sort of style. Meh.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A almost clear golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. aroma of grainy malt, yeast, flowers, spices. Taste of mild sweet pale malt, soft flowers, caramel, butter.

Bottled. Clear golden liquid, moderate white head. Average retention. Aroma: blossom, spice, almost salty wheat. Light to medium body. Light sweet wheaty taste with an additional biscuit note. The finish after the first sip is metallic. The second sip delivers a salty feel. Strange. Am I drinking a Gose? Minor floral hops remain. Unique? Yes. Good? I don’t know.

Bottle from Lidl, Sowerby Bridge. Amber-brown with a thin head. Mildly malty ale, somewhat sweet in both its aroma and taste, with a palatable light bitter finish.

Grainy nose with hints of citrus. Fresh smooth beginning. Easy to drink with no depth, hints of grain with not much bitterness. A bit dry in the aftertaste, refreshing and thirst-quenching, very easy to drink summer brew.

Bottle at home. Opaque deep brown to black colour. Two finger tall airy beige head of low retention. The aroma is instant coffee, roast, cream. Light to medium body. Medium dry taste. Roast & coffee. Low bitterness. Good drinkability.

Clear yellow beer with a white head that quickly thins down to a film. Light doughy aroma. Flavour is a bit bready too, with a brief burst of lemon and then just some light, bitter hop. Body is a bit watery and the aftertaste has a dash of banana but is a bit nothingy. Not horrible but... meh.

Cask at Henry Addington. It pours black with a small light tan head. The aroma is rich, sweet chocolate cake, roasted malt, tobacco, charred wood and smoke. The taste is bitter - sweet, toasty malts, treacle, chocolate, tangy dark fruits, jammy, cola and dull charred smoke with a soft, fruity finish. Light - medium body and soft carbonation. There may bit too much tang on taste for my liking. Not so bad anyhow. Drinks easy.
