Description
The process of brewing beer hasn’t changed much since we started back in 1777. And neither has our unique approach to crafting characterful beer. But our equipment most certainly has.

Our state-of-the-art, independent, family-owned brewery now stands proudly alongside our old brewery on the banks of the River Stour in Blandford, Dorset. Using the finest ingredients and over 240 years of expertise, our brewers create beer that brims with flavour.

A melon-peach aroma with the melon being prominent. Dark tan color with light brown head. Flavor primarily peach with melon fading - fruit flavor just detectable without being overwhelming. I found this beer enjoyable for what it was - a good choice to impress a girl on a date - no bitterness at all (passed my mother-in-law’s taste test).

Sweet malt and hops aroma and nice appearance. Moderate carbonation but very light malt flavor - not much here flavorwise.

Sweet hop aroma. Regular pale yellow color. Sweet malty flavor with descent palate. Had it in a can - may be better from a bottle or tap.

Spicy - ginger flavor nearly overpowering. Don’t buy this if you want a typical English ale. Very unique but very different from your typical beer.

Golden color. Light herbal aroma and flavor, a bit malty, maybe lemony, strange and not convincing.

Gold color. Paper aroma, some malt. Poor taste, supported only by a strong bitterness. Deceptively poor lager

(500 ml bottle). Deep golden colour, good head. Nice hoppy and elderflower aroma. Elderflower is probably what I get in the flavour too, but I've never eaten elderflowers, so I can't really tell. There's some caramel and a reasonably decent hoppiness, but it's a bit too sweet IMO. A bit alcoholic too, despite only 5% ABV.

A light brown beer with no head. The aroma is sweet and malty, and so is the flavor. A good ale.

An amber beer with a fine, but fast disappearing head. The aroma is slight with notes of sweetness and fruit. The flavor is flat, but malty sweet. It is the best Badger beer I've had - but it's no more than just above average.
