Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of fruity yeast, citric, herbal. Taste is sourish, tea, fruits, alittle lemon rind, some yeasty and herby notes, with light bitterness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying funky bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Clear burnt orange with some creamy white head. Green hop and black tea on the nose, mild herbs, a little dough. Flavor leads with malt, grainy, chewy. These feel like wet hops almost in that they are green and grassy but not all that expressive. Bitter, medium bodied, dry finish. 7 4 7 4 13

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 28/03/24. Clear golden to light amber with a thin off white cap that strays to the edge. Nose is hedgerow, herb, lemon rind, light yeast esters, stale bread. Taste comprises green berry must, yeast strokes, breads, herb, grains, hedgerow, apple orchard, tangy fruit must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light tarte edge. Not a F&M classic but a flavoursome enough saison for just 3.7%.
