16 ounce can from brewery. Amber orange pour. Large frothy bone colored head. Great lacing. Spicy toasted malt aroma. Resilient, bittersweet hoppy flavor. Notes of grapefruit and citrus peel. Some pine as well. Dry, bitter finish. Very reminiscent of a certain holiday fresh hop IPA that comes from Chico, CA.

23/3/2024. Can from RadBeer. Pours very slightly hazy pale golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is herbal, peppery, cardamom, rye bread, yeast, earthy, leafy, citrus. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness with a slight tart edge. Moderate body, watery, fizzy. Earthy bitter finish. Nicely done.

750ml bottle I bought in December 2023 at the brewpub. Pours clear orange, white head. Huge peach and malt and flowers. Fresh peach juice and skins and peach candy over a lemony body. Lightly sweet finish. Huge hit. 9 4 8 5 17

Poured a slightly cloudy yellow-orange color with a small white head. Aroma was big peach. Flavor was peach, woody wine, light sweetness. Flavor was really tasty peaches, vinous, juicy. Solid stuff. At a DCBeer share.
Top notch from these guys. Really need to get there soon.

09/21/19 Bottle from a friend trapped in Jersey. Bottled Jan. 19, 2018. Consumed 9/18/19. Gifted somewhere in between. Ommegang anniversary glass. Slightly opaque amber brown, flimsy off-white head. Smells invitingly of lemon, black-tea & moderate herbals. More curious about the black tea. Taste is twangy lemon, Lipton tea, aged hops, crabby apples, rosewater. Crispy carbonation & a thin, tacky body. Tasty. Thank you.

16 ounce can from brewery. Number one with a bullet. Deep amber orange pour. Large, frothy beige head leaves exquisite lacing. Earthy malt aroma hints at dried herbs, mild tobacco and preserved lemon. First sip is dry and rigid. Rustic undertones lead to a herbal cacophony of mint, black tea and chervil. Perhaps a bit of rust and iodine come to the forefront. There is an earthy, grainy note here, as well. Mild herbal and vinous qualities finish this nicely.

Sampled from the tap at Tørst. Pours a clear reddish amber with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a nice red wine barrel note with some slightly tart stone fruit, hay and a bit of raspberry underlying. Flavor has light stone fruit and strawberry with red wine and a bit of straw backing.
