Smooth mild yeasty beginning. Hints of banana and clove, fresh and smooth, very soft and round. The yeast is not too fruity, lots of clove, not too sweetish. Round and great!

0.5 l bottle from ’Biermuda’, best before May 2016. Murky, brownish amber with a thin, frothy, quickly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and a little fruity aroma of banana, clove, toffee, cinnamon, vanilla and honey. Rather sweet, yeasty-spicy and quite fruity taste of pear, banana, toffee, clove, honey, vanilla and some peach, followed by a medium long, slightly bitter, quite yeasty-spicy finish. Medium to full body, slightly oily and only a little effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Doesn’t look very appealing, but aroma and taste make amends. Carbonation is quite low for the style, but the balance is really good. Would like to try a fresh bottle at some point.
