Draft at GBBF 2013, day 3 - London. Pours cloudy, milky golden-brown with a tight creamy cap. The nose holds overripe banana, doughy wheat. Medium sweet flavor with more ripe, mashed banana, lightly toasted wheat, dough. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with some yeast, minerals, brown bananas, doughy wheat bread. Looks a bit ropy but the rest of it is nice.

Keg at GBBF ’15, day 1, 11/08/15. Hazed orange yellow with a decent off white covering. Nose is Banana smoothie, yeast, clove, straw, bitter orange. Taste comprises banana mush, earthy, clove, spice, background orange, light bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid hefe.

Keg at GBBF 2015. It pours cloudy gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, doughy malts, banana bread, cloves and light spice. The taste is smooth, clean, doughy, cereal, banana bread clove, spice, earth, creaminess, straw and grain with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Crisp, clean and rather well-balanced. Very nice hefeweizen.

Keg at GBBF 2015. It pours cloudy dirty gold with a thick white head. The nose is rich, earthy, clove rock, sweet banana, marshmallow, candy and grain. The taste is bitter - sweet, over - ripe banana, candy, clove rock, candy, grainy, white bread, peppery spice and toasty grain with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Well - rounded and rather drinkable stuff.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2015 day 1. Hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is sweet banana bread, wheat, grainy. Little spicy clove on the nose as well. Flavour is semi sweet banana and wheat. Little spicy Hop, gooey banana bread. Palate is medium light, moderate carbonation. Good stuff.
