Ambre, col fin crémeux blanc-cassé léger.
Arôme sur un nez moyen malté, caramel, pâle et ambré en rétro-nasal, plutôt belge, épicé avec un fini hivernal - poivre délicat parfumé sans pour cela en donner le volet épicé piquant.
Palais est sur un base ambre belge assez classique. Le côté épicé apporté par ces trois poivres reste modéré et passe plus pour une bière hivernale avec un effet de clou de girofle, cela rappelle un peu le côté 'pumkin spice' sans avoir le côté épicé. Rondeur de fin de bouche, pâle léger, petite note résiduelle, effet candi. Fini classique, belge.

Arôme sur un bouquet frais citrique, léger grains et houblonné - fruité sur les agrumes.
Palais est finement sour fruité citronné - citron vert et léger pamplemousse, petite rondeur de grains avec ce côté pâtissier. Amertume fine en fin de bouche du houblon avec une amertume délicate en retrait.

Pale yellow and hazy with thin head. Aroma has loads of citrus. Flavour is more muted, quite wheaty and plain. Quite an earthy bitterness.

Clear dark yellow colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have loads of malts. Nice balance of bitter and sweet.

Clear golden colour with thin head. It's got a rounded alpha hop bitterness. Perhaps misses a fresher edge.

Light brown with thin head. Very fragrant aroma. Has something of a sweet herbal note too. Perhaps slightly medicinal.
