16 oz. can purchased at Hunger Mountain Co-Op. Massive lasting head sitting on top a cloudy golden liquid. Aroma shows that of Mosaic grassy hints, mild scallion and some light honey hints.
Flavor has the same light scallion right up front with a honey grain base. The alcohol is pretty noticeable as it warms up and has a sweet sugar finish. I guess the balance is pretty good, some pine and herbal hop flavor but it really is on the sweet side. The canning date stamped on the bottom reads 06/16/2015. So age is not an issue, just on the sweet side.

Battle/can share. Nice to see some of the East Coast brewers getting it right with the hops. This brew brings them out in spades. Nice copper body, delicious piney aroma, all around well crafted beer.

16oz can thanks to Steve. Pours out a crisp golden topped with a small white head. Nose is nice hop kick pine citrus and a good bread malt. Taste is more of the hop mix and a good malty balance.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light coffee notes, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with light maple woody notes , light herbal hops, OK. On tap at Farmhouse tap and Grill.

Can shared in NYC. Pours clear copper with a creamy topping. The nose holds pine, toasty grains, hints of caramel. Light sweet flavor with ripe berries, some leather, earth, pine, grainy toast. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with toasty grains, faint tangy berries, crackers, earth, leaves. So so.

Can shared in NYC. Pours clear, deep gold with a frothy white head. Some dank and piney hops in the nose, nips of bread, orange. Medium sweet flavor, well and juicy, with some bitter pine, bread, orange rind, slight spicy pine needles, melon. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Quite resinous on the finish, grassy and piney bitterness, bready sugars, ripe and rindy citrus fruits. A good and ballsy DIPA.

On tap at Uno’s, Shelbourne, VT.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a nice looking hazy amber color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than thirty seconds leaving some light speckled lacing roaming around the glass.
The smell had a semi - sweet caramel malts to balance with a decent bitter citrus hops.
The taste was balanced between the sweet and the bitter malts to hops. Decent little kick of citrus in the aftertaste and leading to the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. There’s a decent bitter citrus rolling over my tongue.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good American Amber that I would have again.

16 oz. can thanks to Eric S. Dark brown color very weak fleeting white head. Aroma shows mild maple syrup, sugar, weak roast. The flavor is rather light as well mild coffee, caramel candy with mild tones of maple in the back end. Seems like most of maple is gone and this can is dated 02/03/2015. Still very mild and maybe I expected to much from this.
