Can from Drinkmonger. Hazy amber body with a beige head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of stewed tea and rusted metal. Flavour of earth and a bitter finish. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Sharp and moreish. Pretty good.

Can direct from the brewery. It pours clear deep reddish - amber with a decent off - white head. The aroma is toasty grains, cereal, nuttiness, jam, malt loaf, sponge cake, dried fruits, red berry, liquorice allsorts and varnished wood. The taste is crisp, quite dry upfront, bitter - sweet, biscuit, malt loaf, touch umami, liquorice allsorts, toasty grains, wood and leather with a shortish, drying finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Not sure what quite makes this worthy of the title celebration ale... Tastes fine though, just lacking some wow factor.

Can direct from the brewery. It pours clear pale yellow with a bubbly white head. The aroma is soft, sweetish, foamy banana candy, soft wheat bread, candied citrus peel, touch of marmalade and clove spice. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, quite clean, some bitterness, grassy, fragrant, floral, green banana, peppery, clove rock, damp grain and cracker with a drying spiced finish. Average carbonation and prickly carbonation. Decent enough Kristallweizen style beer.

Can direct from the brewery. It pours ever so slightly hazy copper with a thick, fluffy yellowy - white head. The aroma is oily, sappy, resinous, orange marmalade, peachy, pine needles and toffee. The taste is firmly dry, bitter - sweet, piney, resin, sappy, green, weedy, twist of citrus, marmalade and some peppery spice with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Decent amber all round.
