330ml bottle. Pours a bright gold with a light mist. Light honey nose, pleasant honey shades to taste, fairly easy-going. Ok overall.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 29/07/23. Clear light yellow with a fast collapsing white crown. Nose is sugars, light booze tunes, honey, herb, hedgerow. Taste comprises honeycomb, sugars, melon, light bourbon nip, booze, light green berry notes. Full bodied, light oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Decent mead ... sips easy for the big ABV and has a balanced whiskey edge.

500ml bottle from Indiebeer. Pale golden colour, short-lived bubbly head and aroma of honey, wood barrel, whiskey. Taste is sweet, honey, whiskey, wood barrel, vanilla, with mellow citric notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet honey and whiskey barrel at the finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle. Bright pink colour, foamy pink head and aroma of cherry, fruity, honey. Taste is sweet, cherry flavour, honey, vanilla, cream cake. Light bodied, light carbonation, sweet cherry & vanilla cream cake finish. Quite OK.

330ml bottle from Ludlow Farm Shop. Pale yellow. Exceptionally light and dry, light hoppy bitterness, distant honey sweetness, swiftly fading away on the palate.
