Description
We are a small, family run company founded by two brothers and based in the beautiful Wye Valley, in the Welsh borders.
Combining our love of nature with our interest in brewing. We set out to create something as original as possible by taking the world’s oldest form of alcohol, and give it a modern twist. What we have created is innovative, light, refreshing and rich in flavour, but also steeped in history. A true blend of old and new.

330ml bottle from the Old Railway Line Garden Centre. Pale yellow gold colour, some white bubbles on top and aroma of floral, fragrant mango, flowery honey. Taste is sweet, honey, mango, floral, with citric musky hop notes and some biscuity hints. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite OK

Bottle from Beer Ambleside. Appearance - pale natural lemonade colour. No head really. Low carbonation. Nose - huge ginger note, almost ginger biscuits. Taste - confirmed. Ginger nuts. Lemon and honey edge. Palate - medium bodied, dry which was unexpected. Overall - the ginger was a bit too dominant.

Bottle from beer Ambleside. Appearance - pale yellow. Fizzy. Nose - big floral honey note. Not sure if the floral honey is hiding the hop aroma. Taste - same as nose. Maybe floral hops and floral honey are intertwined. Honey is the main show in town though. Palate - light to medium bodied. Sweet middle which is slowly dissippated by the steady carbonation. Overall - ok, even if the hop notes weren't really so obvious.

Bottle from Beer Ambleside. Appearance - pale almost white, but slightly creamy. Very light lacing. Nose - honey with a light gluey note. Not much rhubarb. Taste - more honey, big rhubarb note this time. Palate - light bodied, big carbonation. Still fairly dry on the finish. Overall - good. The fizz brings out the acidity in the rhubarb.
