750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazy orangey gold colour, fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, pulpy, fleshy, hint of funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, stone fruit notes, with some acidity and bittersharp tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry sharp tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Opened with a loud pop. Hazy orange gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a fizzy thin layer and aroma of fruity, apple, fleshy. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, some zingy tartness, fleshy with stone fruit notes, and some tannins. Medium bodied, high carbonation, drying bittersharp finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is tart, tangy, apple, green apple, skin, core, with some astringent tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tart & tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Can. Pours clear gold. Nicely fruity medium dry aroma. Good fruity character, distant sulphur coming into view with a comforting tannic close. Very nice.

75cl bottle from Cat in the Glass, shared with Soph on Christmas Day. Dull hazed orange appearance. Incredible tannic glow, natural nicely caramelised apple fruit with a soft fuzzy finish. Just a really satisfying, fleshy fruity cider.
