Poured from the tap. Black with small tan head. Nice bourbon forward notes without being overpowering, very gentle roast malt underlies, medium body. Although I would like a touch more body, it’s quite balanced.

Poured from the tap. Near black with small tan head. Lots of whisky barrel, woody, very gentle, feint roast. Body is a little thin, but good flavour.

Poured from the tap. Opaque pinkish red with small pinkish white head. Lots of raspberry, very feint guava, gentle hint of vanilla. Quite enjoyable.

A golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light fruity esters, light cloves, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light cereals, light grapeskins, pleasant. On tap at À la Dérive.

A milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice sweet fruity malt with light resinous hops, tropical fruit, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, light citrus pulp, nice and smooth. On tap at Festibiere de Gatineau 2022.
