750mL bottle, pours a deep dark red with a small pink head. Aroma brings out lots of cherries and raspberries, with moderate funk, oak, and gentle wild yeast. Flavour is not quite as complex or elegant, with acidic red berries, some wild bugs, and tart fruitiness. Moderately acidic, with plenty of oak and bugs. Smells better than the taste but it's really solid.

Clear ruby red with a decent white head. Lots of nice red berries, fruity and sour. Soured red berries, a bit of vinegar and a simple finish. The complexity of the nose doesn’t translate.

375ml (thx, Alec B.!) shared with Andrey @ 🏡 Appearance: dark brown with a tan head. Aroma: bourbon, dark fruits, moderately sweet. Taste: along the same Iines, bourbon, dark fruits. Overall: expected more from this one, but I liked the original mash more. This one is thinner and less rich in flavor.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out some resinous hops, a little citrus, and some biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly bright, with citrus hops, stone fruits, a little resinous hop oils, and some biscuity malt. Not the most vibrant hop character, but it's well-balanced and clean. Good stuff.

(473ml can from BG18e, Quebec City) Pours opaque pale muddy orange with a clump of banana smoothie foam on it. Aroma of papaya, ripe apricot/nectarine, semi-ripe creamy banana, orangey citrus undertones, floral hints. Flavour is quite sweet, dried papaya, tangy pineapple, apricot again, fairly ripe bananas, something tingling that might be slight refermentation. Medium-plus smoothie thickness, creamy banana feel, soft carbonation. Not an utterly explosive smoothie in terms of flavour but good texture from the banana, just like a 'normal' smoothie. Not totally able to pick out the other fruits from 'general fruitiness' but enjoyed nonetheless.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a small foamy head with limited retention and not much lacing. Aroma of intense soru notes with some lemony notes. Taste is also a mix of lemony notes with some intense osur notes and some acidic notes also perceptible. Body is full with some good carbonation. Too sour for my taste buds which limits the amount of complexity that can be perceived.
