Edit: Rarely avaliable anywhere. My lucky day late easter at the brewery, April 2023. I only noticed it was on from a sign on my way out. And back I went with no tables avaliable. Angry women as always but I was lucky to chug a mug from a corner on a table in the middle. Chewy malty. Caramel, fruit and campfire. More body and straight up lovely. Although the lager is great this is perhaps even better - and then this is even unfiltered. Power!

500ml shared with Ryan. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: smoke, lol? What else would you expect? Taste: a bit watery, moderately smoky, some fruity character, a bit dry. Overall: ok for me, but good for a smoked beer obviously.

Pours slightly darker than golden, with amber hints/reflections; sligthest cloudiness, a bit more cloudy when i pour the final inch. A not too big but nicely firm/stable white head that shows excellent retention and lacing. Average intensity in a superbly refined aroma: hay, slightly cerealish base, delicate but clearly discernible honey and chamomille notes. A vivid, quite fresh feeling fruitiness, with apple and a lemonish/cedarish background. Plus, a light grassy background. Nothing is in your face, everything is mild but feels clean and precise. The same goes for the taste: notes as per aroma, plus a touch of floral hops in finish/aftertaste. Perfect sweet/bitter balance in both taste and aftertaste, both feel mild and wonderfully delicate. Clean finish leaves a half floral, half fruity reminiscence. Light bodied with very delicate, fine bubbled but decently lively carbonation. Feels super smooth and drinks as easy as water. A monument to kellebiers.

500 ml tap. Chestnut brown red with a creamy head. Smoked ham, caramel, toffee, candy sugar, light citrus, cocoa, vanilla. Smoky umami, malty sweetness, mild dry bitterness. Full bodied, incredible creamy texture, soft carbonated, dry malty smoky finish. Great complexity, incredible mouthfeel, however slightly too sweet for my liking. Great nevertheless!

Op tap bij 't Kelkje. Tja, dan hebben ze naast de Unfiltered Märzen ook dit nog op tap.. Troebel diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Heerlijk moutig, verse broodkorst, vers bruinbrood, hint van rode appels, grassig bitter, licht herbaal en kruidig, bittere finish. Lichte body maar vol mondgevoel. Hier wil ik meer van.
