Can to becher glass. Canned on or actually stamped "03/10/26" which is underneath the can almost directly under the word "IPA" in the name of the beer.
Appearance is in the picture.
Aroma: red berries hoppy bittersweetness up front with some piney/danky tones; light grapefruity sniff in the middle with a lighter note of some orange rind; light clean malts underneath
Flavor: seems to do a slight switch and now the grapefruity tones are in front of the red berry hoppy tones - weird but alright, I guess it was designed this way? I'm not entirely sure. Finishes semi-grapefruity with sweet piney/dankiness
Texture: medium bodied; slightly sessionable; good smoothness with some low carb level; low-ish hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: super loved the aroma; pretty good flavor - I was thinking I was going to get the aromas exactly in the flavor but ah, that's ok, twas good how this came across

Can to tulip.
Appearance: hazy burnt orange color with a semi-"bright" sort of note to it and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney to subtle grapefruity hop notes; mellow bready malt backbone
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bitter quality; finishes slightly bitter with the grapefruity and piney tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper - slightly; good smoothness with just a touch of hop bitterness assertiveness but it's mostly non-assertive
Overall: one of their better beers as I would come back to this one.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark murky orange to copper cardboard-like haziness with a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely then left some light lace
Aroma: stiff piney to grapefruity hops up front; noticeable bready malt backbone but clean
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet to bitter sort of quality; finishes dry with a grapefruity to piney tone
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to medium; somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also substantial bitterness assertiveness
Overall: needs some work done to this in the aromas and texture; the flavor isn't so bad but even that might need a little bit of tweaking too.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: glossy yellow chill haze color with a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light mixed citrusy to dried floral hops and a lighter crackery malt backbone and a little bit of soap
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to sweet and lightly bittersweet character; finishes with a bit of soap and crackery malty tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, would be sessionable but that soapiness is becoming distracting a bit as there's some smoothness; decent carb
Overall: get the soap out of the aroma and finish and this might be worthwhile of returning to.

This is not to be confused with Mr. Waterbury which is a whole different beer.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange to almost copper color-ed haziness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: soft floral to mixed citrusy hops up front with an undertone of some orangey to lemony and ever so slightly piney hops; smooth clean malts underneath that
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to slightly bittersweet quality; finishes leaning into the floral to citrusy hoppy sweet notes
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness with nothing distracting anywhere; good low carb and low hop bitterness if any at all
Overall: what a fine NEIPA I would return to.

Appearance: dark burnt orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney hop tones, orange rind and a touch of chopped onions and semi-danky tones; bready malts underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fair sweet to semi-bittersweet tone; finishes piney sweet with the oniony to danky dry tone
Texture: medium bodied, semi-sessionable; some smoothness; good low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: not bad, I'd say this is definitely one of their better beers.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: semi-transparent copper color with a three finger off-white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney to grassy hop tones with a sly bit of lemony hops in there; some bready malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to semi-bittersweet quality; finishes somewhat dry with a pop of lemony sweetness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness about this one but a light prickly carbonation bouncing a bit on the tongue - not "too" bothersome, I guess
Overall: at one point, I was trying to discern if the aroma felt off or not, hmmmm...but the grassiness...hmmmm..kinda hard to fully decipher this one, I might have to come back just for experimentation, I kinda thought it was on it's way to being somewhat good but hmmmm....

Can to tulip.
Appearance: hazy burnt orange color with a finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: citrusy bittersweet hops with a slight lemony hop sweetness but also a fair orangey-bitter rind tone in there too; malts are there but seem way more further down in there
Flavor: mildly blends the prior noted aromas to a balanced bittersweet quality; finishes with a fairly nice balance of the citrusy and pine bitterness to a slight sweet semi-juiciness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; pretty smooth along the tongue with nothing distracting anywhere
Overall: they figured out this one well enough for me to return to. Keep on keeping on, Big Tree, you're on your way!

Can to tulip.
Appearance: semi-bright orange cloudiness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated somewhat quick and left a super light amount of lace
Aroma: orange pulpy sweetness, some lemon sweetness, some mango tones which seem really sweet; noticeable bready malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a mostly sweet quality; finishes sweet
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; fairly smooth along the tongue and nothing distracting; the carb seems low enough for the style and the hop bitterness seems low enough too
Overall: once again, another overly sweet beer by Big Tree, too bad I can't rate a beer solely on texture but fix those aromas and flavors by getting some bitterness in them and we'll see how this'll fare then.
