Bottle shared by JK, thanks! Pours a near clear amber brown with an off white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has sweet grains and a hint of flora with toffee and caramel underlying. Flavor has a nice toffee and sweet grains combination with a bit of oak and caramel backing.

Bottle purchased in Milan, June 2019. Red color. No carbonation really. Wine some brown sugar. Great palate, smooth and soft and easy to drink. High ABV is well hidden.

On tap @OG Pub (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Naso rustico, cereali, crosta di pane, leggero citrico ed erbaceo. In bocca è splendida, equilibrata, dolce all'attacco con amaro finale medio, rustica nel retrolfattivo. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Eccellente.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata torbida, schiuma bianca media, non molto persistente. Al naso note di frutta gialla, leggera pasta lievita, uva, vino bianco, leggera sella di cavallo. In bocca è acida equilibrata ma di carattere, vinosa, splendida. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Qui si sente parecchio la parte farmhouse, ed è ottima!

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Giallo paglierino, torbida, schiuma bianca leggera. Al naso note di sambuco molto intense, vinosa e leggermente citrica, speziata. In bocca è acida media, equilibrata ma di carattere, finale abbastanza lungo e persistente. Ottima birra, forse al naso può stancare un po', alla lunga, tutto quel sambuco, ma si beve che è un piacere.

Tap at Public Enemy, L'Aquila, Italy. Pours pale gold with good head of white foam, very fine. Aroma is lemony, hay/green. Body is average with good carbonation. Taste is medium bitter with a hint of initial sweetness and that little final ghost of sour recalling a saison. Final is fairly clean.

Tap at MLF. Aroma is fresh, lemony hops, grainy, little bit of sweetness, light fruitiness. Taste is interesting. Has a bit of a hop burn finish. Doesn't feel so bitter, but it lingers a bit. Sweetness is more pronounced, touch of caramel. But still grainy and quite dry and crisp. Bit of a mixed bag. Not sure what to think. Further down the bitterness fades and is becomes more like a slightly sweet saison.
