Il Microbirrificio Opperbacco nasce nel 2009
grazie alla volontà e alla caparbietà del Mastro Birraio Luigi Recchiuti.

Il birrificio è a Notaresco. Incastonato come una gemma tra i colli Teramani, abbracciato dal Gran Sasso da un lato e dal Mare Adriatico dall’altro con, uliveti, vigne e frutteti a fare da cornice.
L’intero processo produttivo si svolge all’interno di una vecchia stalla riadattata e attrezzata per laproduzione di Birra.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, appena torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di lievito, spezie, frutta gialla. In bocca è equilibratissima, attacco dolcecon chiusura leggermente amara e acidula. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Buonissima! Complimenti!

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Lior D. As Opperbacco 69er. Clear golden. Stale hops, malt, a bit of caramel, sweetish, fruity, a bit candy-ish, a bit lemony, bitter finish.

33cl Can from Lascia Fà. Clear golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of pine, resin, caramel. Flavour of pine, caramel, resin, spruce, light floral, lemon peel, firm bitterness, grassy. Medium bodied, light alcoholic. Good DIPA.

330ml bottle. Pours hazy bright orange. Orange, cloves, brioche, intense Belgian yeast stuff, lemon peel. Nice full body. Just a bit too much for me.

Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo e il frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è frizzante, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, cereali, spezie, lievito e frutta secca.
