Bottle at GBBF 2011, Day 1, shared with Ken and Paul. Pours cloudy gold with a fluffy, white head. Has a lageresque grain and cereal aroma. Very pleasant flavor, lightly sweet with lots of cereal, mild dough and floral bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lovely bread and dough to finish. Really, it’s lagerish! So, so drinkable. Glad to try this.
