Aroma of malts, orange, grapefruit, caramel. Flavour is malty and hoppy, strong caramel notes, some light sweetness. Simply a great example of the DIPA style.

Aroma of dark roasted malts, caramel, some chocolate, light coffee, a little dark fruit. Flavour is a tad sweet, exactly the level of sweetness this beer needs. Long finish with a welcome bitterness to balance things out. Quite easily drinkable despite the 8% ABV. Smooth and remarkably balanced.

Aroma of malts, caramel, some light fruitiness, light hops. Flavour is malty caramel, a little sweetness, with some bitterness in the aftertaste. Not a fruity hoppy IPA at all, very much on the malty side.

Aroma of slightly roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, liquorice. Flavour is malty and roasty, liquorice, mild sweetness. A bit too light on the palate to be a true winner, but a nice Stout nonetheless.

Aroma of dark roasted malts, liquorice, herbs, dried fruit, caramel, sugary. Flavour is roasty, malty, herbal, more earthy liquorice, medium sweetness is nicely balanced. The alcohol is hidden well. Good enjoyable brew.

Aroma of roasted malts, sweet caramel, liquorice, lots of anise. Flavour is heavy sweetness, spices, anise. Sticky mouthfeel. Definitely not my kind of beer.

(Bottle) Black colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark chocolate, dark bread, dried fruit, raisins, coffee and spices. Malty, roasted, sweetish taste with chocolate, dark bread, dried fruit, raisins, prunes, coffee, treacle, roasted nuts, liquorice and a generous roasty/spicy bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, sweet. On the sweet side, but rich and well made imperial stout. Very nice.
