Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear amber orange with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet raspberry with a growing tartness and a wheat backbone. Flavor is similar with sweet and tart raspberry with yogurt and wheat supporting.

On tap at the Waterfront Warehouse, Halifax NS. A golden pour with a trace of white head; sweet grainy taste, with a some apple; and a dry crisp, lightly hopped finish. A pleasant start to my NS trip.

On tap at Governors Pub. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong nuttiness supported by hay and straw notes. Flavor has sweet grains and lots of nuts with a sweet earthy toffee and biscuit backing.

Pours a slightly hazy golden-yellow colour with a white cap, decent stay and a little lace. Cereal grain aromas with a bit of citrus and honey. The taste has some sweet malts, but luckily the hops come and save the day. Herbal grassiness with some mild citrus. An alright brew, but nothing out of this world (or galaxy).

Bottle - Vintage 2014 - Deep chocolate notes, very nice. Deep dark brown with a nice brown head. Lots of cocoa and thin on the pallet, but pretty nice.
