Description
Conceived as a ‘nomadic’ project, The Beak has spent several years creating unfiltered, seasonally-inspired beer with friends at some the greatest UK breweries, including North Brew Co, Partizan, Beavertown, Burning Sky and Northern Monk. We've now laid roots in our hometown of Lewes in East Sussex, where we've built a 15-BBL neighbourhood brewery and taproom with a mixed-fermentation project and weekend street food canteen. Hazed orange to golden topped with a just off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is juicy tropical fruit esters, papaya, melon, mandarin, subtle hop spice.
Taste comprises mango, guava, mandarin, papaya, pine resin, stone fruit whisper.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy DIPA.

Can from N&R News, Blackheath Royal Standard. Nose is plum jam, liquorice toffee, dark chocolate, prunes,raisin, coffee, cola. Taste is chocolate raisin, coffee, prunes, molasses, liquorice toffee, more plum jam. Malty sweet finish. Exceedingly smooth. Very pleasant.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of daisies, melon rind and pomelo. Flavour of kiwi fruit and grapefruit. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Soft and fruity. A delight.
