Description
Conceived as a ‘nomadic’ project, The Beak has spent several years creating unfiltered, seasonally-inspired beer with friends at some the greatest UK breweries, including North Brew Co, Partizan, Beavertown, Burning Sky and Northern Monk. We've now laid roots in our hometown of Lewes in East Sussex, where we've built a 15-BBL neighbourhood brewery and taproom with a mixed-fermentation project and weekend street food canteen. Please come and say hi!

Can sourced from Ales and Brews and drunk at home (06/08/2021) - hazy golden orange with a white head. Love this East Sussex brewery, this time with Talus dealing out sack loads of tropical citrus lychee and pink grapefruit, pineapple, floral and herbal action with that Talus sage accent chiming in, supportive sweet malts, solid hoppy close. Lovely
