Description
Conceived as a ‘nomadic’ project, The Beak has spent several years creating unfiltered, seasonally-inspired beer with friends at some the greatest UK breweries, including North Brew Co, Partizan, Beavertown, Burning Sky and Northern Monk. We've now laid roots in our hometown of Lewes in East Sussex, where we've built a 15-BBL neighbourhood brewery and taproom with a mixed-fermentation project and weekend street food canteen. Please come and say hi!

Can from The Fuss Club. Nose is orange, mango, papaya, peach, pineapple, apricot. Oodles of sweet fruits. Juicy fruity mix of the above, some grapefruit creeping in too. Big fruit burst on the palate with just a light hoppy backnote.

Can sourced from Fuss Club at home in London - 20/11/2025 Big punchy hits of mango and tangerine, papaya and pineapple, nice dense creamy malty backbone with a great mouthfeel, glimmer of mosaic induced blueberry into the assertive hoppy finish. Top drawer.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, good fine minerally carbonation. Airy smooth pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Great Peacharine hops. Punchy peach led stone fruits, soft cool pine. Pinch of peach candy into Nectarine tang. Light airy and mildly dry finish brings a modest bitterness. Tangy stone fruit linger. Rather good Peacharine IPA.

440ml can from Middle Farm, Firle. Poured a murky yellow golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, lemon lime citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a silky smooth, mineral, somewhat rich, tart grapefruit, lemon lime, light aromatic palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
