Description

Conceived as a ‘nomadic’ project, The Beak has spent several years creating unfiltered, seasonally-inspired beer with friends at some the greatest UK breweries, including North Brew Co, Partizan, Beavertown, Burning Sky and Northern Monk. We've now laid roots in our hometown of Lewes in East Sussex, where we've built a 15-BBL neighbourhood brewery and taproom with a mixed-fermentation project and weekend street food canteen. Can at home picked up from HOTM. A hazed deep orange coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is nice midget gems, orange, peach, tangerine, white grapes, some hop dust. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, flaked wheaty grains, opal fruit, mild hop burn, pissy citrus, chalk, spicy citrus, some plastic. Palate is flaky, wheat, highish carbonation, some mineral bite, moderate carbonation.
