Sample at GABF 2013. Pours hazy brown with a medium tan head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus and light malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep red with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice light grassy and citrus note supported by a grain backbone. Flavor has a nice citrus and grass combination with sweet grains underlying.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep amber brown with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice combination of dark grains, coffee and roasted malts. Flavor starts with dark grains and coffee and is balanced by roasted malts.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a crystal clear deep amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a decent amount of smoke with underlying light roast and barbacue. Flavor has smokey barbacue throughout with light roast and toffee underlying.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep amber gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grain and cookie with underlying biscuit. Flavor has the same sweet grain and cookie throughout with a touch of caramel.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a white head that dissipates slowly and nearly completely. Aroma is full of biscuit and sweet grains with underlying caramel. Flavor is similar with sweet grains and caramel throughout with a touch biscuit.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice combination of rye and grass with underlying grain and grapefruit. Aroma has grapefruit and pine upfront with a nice rye backing. Extremely drinkable.
