Amber with a red hew. See through. Little white head that fades slowly. Taste is roast caramel & slight hops. Medium bodied & enjoyable! Light sweet with malty/fruity notes. No punches & biting going on - but allround enjoyable!

Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Malty yeasty aroma with some hints of caramel. Sweet malty fruity yeasty caramel flavor. Sweetish malty finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Aroma of noble hop and light stone fruit. Coppery color with a white head that left at warp speed. Thin to medium bodied. Moderate carbonation. Sweetness suggestive of stone fruit, alcohol, hints of clove and coriander, balanced with bitter. The finish is dry, and bitter, but the alcohol is still present, and the spice lingers a bit. Interesting, but more hot pepper sensation than hop bitter. As it warms the spice becomes detectable in the nose.

(Bottle 75 cl) Bottle # 9869. Slightly hazy golden with a tall, dense and retentive white head leaving quite some lacework. Very sweet malt nose. Medium body with a lightly fruity and spicy edge. Extremely sweet beefed up as it is with starch syrup - actually according to the ingredients list there’s more starch syrup than malt in this brew! Even dextrose is added. Perhaps there’s a vague whiff of the Rugosa Rose extract that supposedly is added. With this brew Jacobsen proves that they’re all talk. They talk about developing a Nordic beer culture, but they simply don’t perform - as this pathetic brew is proof of. 170707

Clear yellow with a nice lasting white head. Aroma is malt and some spicy fruitiness. Fruity sweet flavour with a berry acridity. Has the body of a czech pilsner, but lacks the balancing bitterness

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is light yeasty and slight spiced. Flavour is a bit salty, wheat like notes with citric elements and cloves. Dry wheaty end. Clearly the weakest of the three beers so far.

75 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a red hue and a creamy light brown and huge head. Aroma is malt with burned sugar and caramel. Flavour is malty/molasses, sweet caramel sugarish. Mild bitterness before the finish that is roasted malty.
