Draught at KØ07. Distinct dill aroma. Hazy pale yellow colour, small creamy white head. The flavour is quite sweet with some dill and a good balance with the pepperiness. Sweet spicy notes, coriander. Citrus finish. Good, solid mouthfeel.

Blond color, poor head. The aroma has some malt and flower touch from the yeast. The mouthfeel is less thick than the alcohol content may let imagine, the flavor is similar to a European Strong Lager, but more flowery and perfumy (interesting); on the downside, the alcohol is burning too much at the end, other malt is flavors are missing and Saaz never got in touch with this beer.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Unclear, golden-orange beer with a minimal white head. Sweet, wheaty nose, quite weak actually, with some licorice. Dill? Wheat, sugar and piney notes in the flavor. Sparkling, medium to full mouthfeel and a quite sweet finish with wheat and some spicyness. As usual, Jacobsen makes their own twist to the beers, and I find this quite interesting. (070511)
