Medium to good, fine yellowish head over veiled straw-yellow beer. Very fresh smelling, malty nose, tad greenmalt (cucumber), grassy (suggesting acidity), herbal; faintly yeasty - and inviting. Again an unmistakable acidity, malty sweetness with a sweetless liquorice hint; finish reverts to grassy & herbal. CO² bends towards acidity as well, overall balance is pretty convincing. In the very finish, retronasal, a dash of bittering hops. Very spritzy; quite light body. There is acidity here, but it is as with German sourdoughbread: you hate it or you love it.

Thanks to Kölschtrinker for that one. Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts mild, modest malty-yeasty, mild dry background. Finish more and more moldy, a bit unbalanced. Okay.

Didn’t know it was this rare/new, would’ve likely skipped it, but as a friend bought it at the Marburg tegut, I got to rate it (thanks Plavec!). Caramelly brownish amber with a thick white head, Dry, sweetish dogfood maltiness in the aroma. Crappy yeasty malty taste. Not good, though I do support this whole thing behind the brewery and the concept.

Dunkler Beginn, erst würzig, dann milder werdend. Leicht süße Röstigkeit, die zum Ende stärker wird und die Süße ablegt. Mild, zum Ende sogar aromenarm. OK. 8/8/11/9/8/8

Leicht herber Antrunk mit deutlicher Getreidigkeit. Angenehme Grasigkeit, würzig rund. Das Bier bleibt süffig, gerstig, wenig bitterer Abgang. 11/10/11/9/8/9

As Josefs Kellerbier, brewed for tegut (thanks Morko for sharing!). Poured a golden body with a lasting white head. Fruity nose, bit sweaty, but ok. Fine grainy taste, ending in light tartness and a short peppery hoppy note. Bit sweaty again. Interesting.

50cl bottle @ home, shared with Countbeer, Fonefan and Ove. Brown-red color with a nice deep dark red glow coming through, decent sized off-white to beige head. Smell malts, a little sweet and a slight weird scent. Tastes nicely balanced, malts, lightly sweetish, hints of caramel. Quite decent. Lightly sticky texture. Low carbo, low body.

Little cloudy yellow beer, irregular small white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, honey, bubble gum, spices (liquorice), very ripe fruits. MF: very little carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sour start, like sour apples, then sweet malts, some honey, banana, little bitter. Aftertaste: citrus touch, green apple skin, very soft bitterness. Maybe it's the ageing, but I really liked this brew!
