Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of sweet malt, yeast, lots of brett, wood, sweet fruit, grassy hops, berries, little parfumy. Flavor is light sweet, malt, yeasty, spicy bretty, wood, berries. Medium body, Spitzy fine carbonation, dry finish. 060216

Bottle. Hazy amber with big off/white head. Aroma is malt, brett, lemon, little caramel, yeast, leather, barnyard and funky. Flavour is malt, brett, little caramel, lemon, funky, medium dry, little sweet, leather, barnyard and emdium bitter.

Embouteillée en février 2015... Je goûte l’orange amère et le fût de chêne. C’est un peu terne et la présence de levures est très importante. C’est un bon produit normalement mais celle-ci semble avoir été mal conservée ;-(

Bottled 22/12/2014. Prachtig bier met zoet mout en grondige smaken door een fris zurige gistrijke basis. Backlog from 2015/03/06. At Maakun’s. Droge saison + brandnetel hoppige IPA + zoet alcoholisch gebeuren van barley wine. Backlog from 2015/05/15.

From bottle at Martinique, Stavanger, 29.10.15. Cloudy orange. Dense and persistent off-white head and lacing. Aoma and taste of brett, fruits and pale malt. Still quite complex. Refreshing, with good drinkability.

Lustiges Fläschchen - optisch dicht, karamellbraun. In der Nase irgendwie muffig. Im Trunk setzt sich das fort, leider. Dann im Abgang leicht bitter. Anders, ja, aber irgendwie seltsam. Nach etwas anwärmen (laut Flasche 12-14 Grad) ändert sich der Charakter tatsächlich. Die Muffigkeit verschwindet, ich schmecke einen Hauch Kirschen, etwas Cognac/Sherry. Hintenweg cremiger. Faszinierend - bloß nicht zu kalt trinken!
