Bottled at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. A pitch black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of roasted malt as well as notes of wood and soy sauce. The flavor is sweet matly and very roasted combined with notes of alcohol and chocolate as well as light notes of coffee. The body is thick.

Bottled at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. An unclear golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is lovely spicy from the hops. The flavor is sweet malty and very spicy, hoppy, and grassy, leading to a dry bitter finish. Premiant hops are used, which is a Saaz F1 hybrid - I had no idea tha a Saaz hybrid could give flavors like this. wow.

Bottled at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. An unclear brown beer with a light sediment floating around under a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet with hints of smoke - I find the aroma somewhat boring. The flavor is sweet with notes of peated smoke as well as hints of acidity, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Bottled at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. An unclear orangey beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet and spicy (from being dry hopped with Amarillo), but also with notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet wheaty with notes of Amarillo hops and cloves, leading to a dry bitter finish. I like the idea of fermenting a wheat bock really warm - and then dry hopping it with Amarillo - now that is a fusion of styles - keep up the good work.

Bottled at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. A hazy light golden beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of grass and hay as well as light notes of brewmash. The flavor is sweet also dominated by grass and hay, leading to a dry bitter finish. I like the almost IPA like characters of this Pilsener.

Bottle@VinensVerden,Odense. Bottle says brewed 27/3-08: What the fuck is this? Pours unclear amber/brown with no head at all. Caramel roast, very ashy, sugary, dusty. Medium & oily/sticky palate. Very messy!!! This has been needing an Rerating for a couple of years: June 2010: Draught @ 4:20. Had like 3 pints of this. Hoppy, roasted, coffee, slick and complex. The coffee flavours are amazing! 3,1 - 4,1. Props for this Menno and now I forgot about the bad bottle I had the first time.

Bottled at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. An orange beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet hoppy and grassy with a light note of caramel. The flavor is grassy combined with light flowery notes, leading to a dry bitter finish. Safin - a Polish hop used for dry hopping - a very interesting experiment.

Sample @ Aarhusbeerfestival 2008. Pours amber/orange with a creamy lasting head. Aroma & taste is of fresh hops (european grassy ones) & American amarillo - wauw, yeast & a touch of caramel. Fresh, bitter & nice! Long lasting end!
