Ein leckererer, leicht fruchtiger Geruch strömt einem entgegen. Der Spruch dieses Bieres lautet: ,, Festlicher Biergenuss für den Kenner". Ob dieses Bier dem Spruch gerecht wird? Nun, ein gutes Bier ist es allemal. Hatte ich von einem Zipfer auch kaum anders erwartet. Der Geschmack startet frischn und bleibt bis in den Mittelteil schön herb. Im Nachgeschmack dann der Bockbiertypische Geschmack, eine leicht süßliche Note kommt auch dazu. Den Alkoholgehalt kann man höchstens im Nachgeschmack erahnen, ansonsten ist er geschickt verdeckt. Das einzige, was mir an diesem Bier nciht ganz gefällt, ist der Nachgeschmack, das liegt aber wahrscheinlich daran, dass ich kein Bockbiertyp bin. Durch den Nachgeschmack wird meineserachtens auch die Süffigkeit eingeschränkt. Trotzdem ein doch feines Bier! Test vom 14.4.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,12,8,9,11,10

Süffig ohne Ende, dabei lecker würzig im Mittelteil und im Nachgeschmack. Ebenfalls in allen teilen leicht bitter. Der Nachgeschmack hält zudem lange und hat absolut die richtige Stärke, nicht zu lasch und nicht zu aufdringlich. Ein ausgewogenes Bier, welches in allen Kategorien absolut punkten kann! Außnahmsweise muss ich dem Aufdruck auf der Flasche recht gebe: ,,trocken und spritzig". Beides trifft den Nagel auf den Kopf. Tatsächlich ist der Antrunk spritzig erfrischend, der Mittelteil ist eher unauffällig. Im Nachgeschmack dann das trockene etwas, was ich aber als nicht sehr positiv ansehe. Aber nett, dass man darauf hingewiesen wird. Im großen und ganzen kann man dieses Bier gut trinken, es ist relativ süffig, einen Biergenuss kann man es nicht nennen. Brotiger Geruch von Alkoholentzug. Süßlich brotiger Beginn, wässriger Hintergrund. Milde Herbe, minimale Würzigkeit. Pours an unclear yellow color with a thick, rapidly disappearing head. The aroma is of bananas and some spices. The taste is very light. Some bananas, a lot less lemon. Has a bite. Some sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste, but not much. Seems overcarbonated (the bite), but doesn’t look like it was. A bit of a disappointment. Better than Erdinger though.

Pours a hazy light golden colour. The head is big, thick and white. Long lasting. Fresh banana and clove aroma. I feel bananas and citrus in the taste. Also wheat and yeast in the taste. Fresh aftertaste with some hints of hops. This is a lovely beer after a hard day in the Alps.

Yellow with small white head, some lace. Aroma has sweet malts and earwax. Balanced malt profile with some late bitterness in the finish. Clean and drinkable but very plain.

A yellow beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty and dominated by wheat. The flavor is sweet malty with lots of wheat notes, and the mouthfeel is very soft.

A yellow beer with a beutiful white head. The aroma is sweet hoppy while the flavor is sweet malty a nicely hoppy.

A light orange beer with a nice beige head. The aroma is rather hoppy and grassy and very fresh. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of caramel and a nice bitter hoppy end, but the body is thin.
