A pasteurizer, a centrifuge or a clear beer filter is not dealt with at the Dilewyns brewery. All natural and healthy elements remain in the bottle due to non-filtering. Thanks to non-pasteurization, Vicaris is a living product with taste evolution, discover for yourself when your Vicaris is at its best!

Hazy golden colour, white head. Malty aroma, honey, hops, citrus, apricot, some light funky notes. Sweet malty flavour, light sour touch. Finish quite malty, honey and fruit.

Bottle @ Heeren Van Liedekercke Bierfest, 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Funky and dry. Grain, mild yeast and barnyard. Pleasant tartness. It works.

Bottle. Amber beer with an off-white head. Lemon and green apple aroma with light yeast. Malt and yeast flavor with light caramel and light orange. Medium bodied. Citrus and malt lingers with light caramel and light yeast.

Sample at the DBLDP on 09/02/2012: Hazy yellow pour with a medium white head that evaporates quickly. Aroma of lemons, wheat and grain. Medium-bodied with a mildly sour fruit character and notes of yeast, malt and spice. The finish is slightly funky with a short fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottled. A brown beer with thin tan head. The aroma has notes of bread, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and dusty hops, leading to a dry finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is soapy, spiced and light ginger. Toasted malty. Sweet, liqourice and toasted malty. Toasted malty and caramelish. Bitter and spiced finish.

From tap, Kerstbier Festival 2009. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is dry, phenolic and slight wooden. Sweet malty and slight wineous flavoured. Dry fruity and phenolic flavoured before the finish. Ends dry and slight spiced. Lasting spiced and dry impression into the far finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy, murky brownish with a tiny off-white head. Spicy nose with some licorice notes. Medium body, heavy carbonation, some roast, licorice and dried dark fruit. A little late bitterness. Decent but overly carbonated. 270812
