Nice experiment. Combines the best of a geuze with the best of a tripel. Bitter and sour. Hops and herbs. Good one!

Slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma was light grains, fruity, light funk, and some floral. Medium, bubbly body. Flavor was lightly floral, fruits, honey sweetness, a bit of lemon and slight tartness. A tad dissapointing but still a good beer. (Draught at Monk’s, Philly)

Head gone in secs, clear darker golden beer. Garden herbs and wees, crude hop, raw vegetable, yeast. Toasted malts, again garden herbs, pineappleester. Bit dull. Light bodied, seems a tad undercarbonated. Not bad, just pretty uninteresting... not one to wake up the dead, if you catch my drift.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of yeast, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, malt, straw, and lemons, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head leaving a discreet lacework. Funky, farty, Bretty barnyard aroma. Medium body, heavy carbonation, some dry fruitiness but then very delicious subtle funk and Brett. Ends slightly tart. Very delicious - the lambic really overpowers the Tripel here. 150812

Bottle at BCTC. Light dark brown maroon. 1 finger head. Orange wheat and some spices. Pretty sweet but an overall weak scent and taste. "spiced lager" is what friends called it. Not a fan of this overall. The sweetness and spices were dominating.

37,5 cl bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu. Rated on 06.11.2011
Aroma is sourish with some apples, some spices and citron. Flavour has somewhat tart apples, citron and hints of spices. A bit too messy and stuffy.
