Draft Clear golden color, medium white head. Aroma of slightly dusty citrus and flowers. Taste is moderately tart light fruits, lemon, grape. Interesting.

4oz pour is a totally clear.gold with some creamy white head. Nose is nice, not super guezey, honey, flowers, a little bit of hop pellet, yeast, light chamomile, rose water, white grape, maybe Nelson Sauvin hops. Flavor is a bit more tart, grapefruit, honey, hay, malty, grass, white grape, lemon. Medium bodies, soft, dry finish. Not really a gueze.

33 cl. bottle sampled @ Kulminator thx to Belgbeergeek // new version, coinciding with the new brewery // this time around it is a blend of their tripel & Boon lambic instead of Girardin // hazy, colour is this sad dishwashing citrus yellow, huge off-white head, standard for this kind of beer I would based on the scarce few examples that I have seen // on the nose I am picking up quite some grains blended with plenty of wheat, giving it the appearance of an extremely wheat heavy lambic, lactic, round with citrus going through it, triple is definitely present here, Belgian yeast // taste is full of & wheat heavy, lambic/gauze like by way more than I have ever encountered in one of those, lactic citrus, peach & dash banana, dash Belgian yeast & some bitterness coming from the triple, way more lactic than sour // body is dominated by yeast // not bad but I do remember the old one being better // this needs time for the lambic to start cleaning up he triple than it will get much better // should probably be aged for let us say 2 yr. in big bottles min. // don’t see that happening & don’t think that it even comes in that format

Quite good, persistent dense white head over hazed light-yellow beer. Spicy-yeasty, tad of honeyaroma, garden herbs, coriander. Bit citrussy, rather refreshing flavour with a finish taht is (root)spicy-bitterish & long-lasting. Very spritzy-carbonated, light body and (wheat?)slickness. Rather nice as a "session"beer, very drinkable; offering quite some taste without getting heavy or "searched for".

Huge, just yellowish head, fed by fine carbonation in bright yellow beer with orange haze, quite persistent at that. Lemony lambicnose with some spicy notes; grain, wheat and lemonbalm. Probably some white candi sugar. Dry, with again pointing towards w.c.s., bit of Brett, lactic acid flavour, citrus (mainly lemon but also possible limezeste) and wheat. There’s another fruity streak there, that is indeed reminiscent of (not quite ripe) peaches. Bitter backthroat. Very spritzy, slick, medium bodied. Nice try, very satisfying beer, even if it is really a mix.

Bottle courtesy Hansen and Zita. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Red-amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and fruity flavor. Moderate bitter nice fruity flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. nice.

33cl from Dranken Geers. Dorée devant trouble vers la fin, col blanc épais et collant au verre. Arôme agrumes sur un bouquet fleuri/légume et grains. En bouche, profile épais, grains pointe de levure avec un amertume houblonnée agréable. Le palais est pétillant et sec. Note fruitée et agrumes sur un profile levure restant bien présent. Donne un côté rappelant une blanche de par son côté fruité.

Huge, fine & dense, very lightly yellowish head, irregular over very hazy orange beer. Sweet-flowery, ureum, malty, generally neutral. Toasted, pale & lightly coloured malts, again neutral with a faint, bitterish, spicy/yeasty finish. Fiery, and a certain astringency; feels very carbonated. Medium bodied. Low ABV for a tripel, agressive MF for a blonde. Txs to Stef!

A - 1 finger heady head. Off white. Big and small bubbles SRM of 4. Bright Blinde gold
S - honey and sunflower seeds. Wheat and oranges an grapefruit
T - peaches and mangoes. Very bright tropical fruits. Wheat backbone and great Belgian saison yeast
M - 95% carb. Light body. Fantastic fruit finish.
O - 89/100. Nice and easy to drink. Weak on the backbone.
