Sampled at Winterfest. Light sage in the aroma and flavor. Light, herbal hops, and I think this is the first time I have had this French hop. OK.

Sampled at Winterfest 2014. Light cherry, and lots of dark malt to the point I thought it might be a cherry stout. Still good.

Can - thanks BVery! Pours clear orange with a medium puffy off-white head that dissipates slowly with nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is dank, pot, passionfruit, some caramel. Flavor is similar, light sweet and light plus bitter, dank and potty, some citrus as well. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel.

Glad they saw fit to can this one. Pours a dark, copper-brown with small, lasting head. Big strong citrus aroma, grapefruit especially. Flavor is big and bold, with a ton of citrus-hop flavor (grapefruit again) and strong bitterness. Taste is really fresh and clean. Indeed has been on a roll lately.

Pours a dark brown with rapidly-dissipating head. Aroma of roast coffee. Flavor is primarily dark roast coffee, with a bit of spiciness, and some sweet malt underneath. Very smooth and tasty.

750 ml bottle I got in a trade with queenholly. Thick lasting tan foam chillin on top of a pitch black liquid. Great retention. Nose is chocolate, ash and resin hops. Flavor starts lightly sweet with chocolate, followed by light coca with a lasting, real long lingering pine resin. The thing that is really surprising is this was bottled in 09 / 2012. It’s amazing how much pine still remains in the flavor. The texture is chalky with a dry finish. Real nice drinker.

Pours a dark, amber brown with good-sized, lasting head. Aroma of smoke, coffee, pepper. Flavor is a very smooth mix of these three elements, along with some chocolate and dark fruit (prune/plum). Very tasty and worth tracking down. I tried a Stone Crime (hot pepper beer) not that long ago and this has it beat by a long shot. Would definitely buy another.
